On May 23rd, 2026, Le 9e will host “1931,” a unique dining experience inspired by the early days of motorsport.
Created in collaboration with Menu Extra and industry figures like Zach Macklovitch and Andrew Whibley, the evening will feature a three-course tasting menu by chef Francis Blais, highlighting French cuisine with seasonal Canadian ingredients.
Guests can expect curated wine pairings, immersive décor inspired by the 1930s, and a stylish after-party with DJs.
