🥤 INGREDIENTS:
• 3 Tbsp U-bet Chocolate Syrup (it has to be U-bet for that authentic flavor!)
• 1/4 Cup Ice-cold milk
• 1/4 Cup Ice-cold seltzer water (must be freshly opened)
✨ HOW TO MAKE IT:
Start with a frosted 12oz glass straight from the freezer.
Pour in about 1 inch of chocolate syrup.
Add the ice-cold milk on top. DO NOT STIR yet!
Aggressively pour in the fresh seltzer water so it crashes into the glass, creating that signature foamy white head.
Stir vigorously with a long spoon and enjoy immediately with a straw!
This drink is naturally eggless, gluten-free, and nut-free, making it the perfect quick, allergy-friendly treat to recreate a slice of 1930s Brooklyn right in your own kitchen.
