    So, this looks delicious, congrats on the pizza! That said, as someone who makes these, grew up in the area, I do have to ask which recipe you’re using as it doesn’t look like what I’m used to. Also, any reason your pizza *doesn’t* have the traditional laced edges?

  3. Looking good I am not sure what pan you are using but i normally use a butter knife to loosen my laced edges on most of my pizzas when i run sauce and cheese to the edges.
