Had a great birthday dinner at Provenance this past week. Being seated at the counter looking into the kitchen was great. They offered a 9 (ish) course tasting menu with a focus on classic French cuisine with distinct Korean influence. They offer a NA pairing which had a couple standouts. The "strawberry milk" served with dessert at the end was amazing as was the "black raspberry" served with the main course. The Beryx (pic 7) had a broth/sauce with it that was simply incredible and elevated the entire dish, the Korean milk bread with kimchi cultured butter (pic 6) was also stunning and the branding on the butter was pretty cool too. I was blown away by the main course (pic 9), suckling pig prepared in 3 ways served with a side of pickled vegetables. All in all a fantastic dinner with no misses. I would highly recommend it to anyone ever visiting Philadelphia

Adore Provenance. Dined there mutliple times and while the structure of the meal stays the same, there are always new and exciting twists. The staff is also always a pleasure to spend a few hours with.

    Can’t wait to return.
