  1. Do you start the bone in short rib in the oven or something?  I figure it would have taken quite a bit of time and real-estate on the grill.

    Sorry dude, I’m sure it was great, but the flavors here are equivalent to Paris Baguette putting a sweet glaze on a hotdog.

    this doesn’t look bad but it doesn’t really resemble korean barbecue either. cuts of meat are waaaaaay too thick and as mentioned the herbs are baffling

    People here are hating. I see the Korean banchans and sauces in the side. Everything looks good man.

    The meat doesn’t look Korean BBQ. That’s like putting a whole slab of ribeye steak in between two sliced bread and calling it a burger.

    Wrong cuts, wrong presentation, rosemary and parsley?

    Also, if those are indeed ginko fruits, I would be very very careful. I hope it’s corn, but then why mixed with garlic? In any case Eating more than a tiny amount of ginko fruits can make you very sick OR even fatal.
