


Nothing like ribs on the KJ. First time doing them, was really impressed with how they turned out. Thank everybody who's posted tips and recipes on here. Smoked at 225-250 for about 6 hours. Used a mustard binder with spg+paprika+onion powder. Smothered in BBQ sauce a couple hours in and again at the finish. They came out incredibly tender and melt in your mouth, looking forward to a summer full of BBQ. Definitely will be doing these again!
