which is less? dry pot tofu or mapo tofu?

going out this week and wondering if anyone could provide guidance on what to order!

mapo pressed tofu/ (no description) last two pics

drypot pressed tofu/ cooked in spicy hot pot sauce + oyster sauce and mushroom onion peppers. first three pics have chicken

Mapo tofu seems to range between 600-800 online "unless the sauce is full of oil"…which, isn't all mapo tofu using chili oil?

i thought the dry pot would be less since it isn't swimming in sauce, but I'm not sure it isn't mala sauce, which would be around 20 for two tsp.
