After my ribs post yesterday looking so fantastic 🤣🤣 I almost wasn't going to upload this. But I'm alot happier with this result. Smoke was a little subtle than normal but I couldn't get lumberjack pellets this time. So used pitboss comp blend and next time ill make sure I get lumberjack pellets
