Yeah this is real addiction. If you want to try and recreate I found good success with kewpie mayonnaise, splash of rice vinegar, pinch of sugar. The bread I couldn’t really mimic so far but also didn’t try extensively.

Oh my goooooooooood…..I am in Japan right now for the first time in my life and this Sandwich is my ususal breakfast by now. It is sooooo fucking good. I get it from the FamilyMart and it always tastes like somebody made it fresh 30min ago. If you are in Japan absolutely try this.

Why is the bread so flat? Every sandwich I’ve ever seen in a Japanese market, the bread is always twice as thick as standard, and the crusts are removed lol.
