WILTON, N.Y. (WNYT)- Chez Pierre Restaurant in Wilton is continuing a family legacy of serving French cuisine in the Capital Region.
The restaurant has been in business for 62 years. Pia Field and her husband now run Chez Pierre, which Field’s parents founded decades ago.
“We are trying to maintain the relationship and the reputation we’ve had since 1964 with our clientele, giving them made from scratch food,” said Pia Field.
Customers also value the restaurant’s made-from-scratch food and its charming atmosphere.
