Just received brand new connected joe. There are 4 hairline cracks some more serious then others on the interior.
is this normal is should I call support to replace?
already unboxed everything and set up the stand before noticing this.

Call and replace, that is not normal. Bummer.
Call them for sure. Get new ones shipped. I would use these as long as you can and keep the new ones in reserve. Definitely should NOT be that way.

I wouldn’t call those hairline. You don’t have to call anyone. They have an online ticket that’s pretty easy and effective. Expect new parts in two weeks.

That’s what warranties are for. It may finish cracking when you start a fire it. I’d not recommend using it. A Kamado shattering with fire on a wooden deck might be a problem.
