Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH), the hospitality arm of the Aditya Birla Group, has launched its Italian dining brand CinCin in Gurugram, expanding its food and beverage presence in the NCR market.

Located on Golf Course Road, the new outlet follows the company’s earlier entry into the city with Nara Thai. The addition strengthens ABNAH’s portfolio in one of Gurugram’s key dining corridors.

CinCin is positioned as a premium-casual Italian restaurant offering handmade pastas, pizzas and ingredient-led dishes inspired by regional Italian cuisine. The company said the brand has been designed as an all-day dining destination, catering to occasions ranging from business lunches and coffee meetings to evening dining and celebrations.

The menu features a balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian mix, with products such as Parmigiano Reggiano, San Marzano tomatoes and Sicilian olive oil sourced from Italy. The beverage programme includes aperitivo-style cocktails, signature spritzes, wines and non-alcoholic options.

The outlet also includes Cincineria, an all-day café format serving coffee, baked items, panini and desserts.

Udai Pinnali, CEO, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, said, “CinCin has been one of the most loved brands in our portfolio, consistently associated with a youthful spirit, social energy, and a strong culinary backbone. It reflects our vision of building culturally resonant dining destinations that go beyond conventional formats.”

He added, “Following its journey as a loved dining destination in Mumbai, we’re excited to bring CinCin to Gurugram.”

The launch reflects continued demand for premium casual dining concepts in Gurugram’s evolving restaurant market.
