  1. Love to make some big ass burritos ahead of a busy week. 10-inch tortillas get a slathering of sour cream watered down for spreadability, uncured bacon, local farm eggs with salt + pepper, pepper jack, pico de gallo, crispy hash browns and some tangy sauce on the side.

    that egg to tortilla ratio looks *perfect*, most people go too heavy on the wrap and you lose the whole point of what’s inside
