    I’ve been home grilling for 25 some years. Steaks especially ribeyes being the majority. Dry age large cuts and all. Surprisingly, I’ve never tried grilling Picanha up until two days ago.

    Seasoned it all around, left it on indirect heat for 30-40 minutes, cut 3 inch steaks, seasoned again and finished them on direct heat. 10/10 I’m a regular now.
