So here's something funny. Since you did your first Ruben sandwich I've been doing some research. I was surprised to see the " official " dressing is actually Russian dressing 😂. And that Thousand Island is used on a Pastrami sandwich. With corned beef on the Ruben. They are so very similar and both great. So now, show us how YOU make Russian dressing 😂😋👍

Yeah I would try it but I don't think I'll like it. I do like beef tongue in an authentic Mexican taco.
