I have no problems with this. It’s like when I was a kid and would order no meat on my burger. It’s fine. Anything is better than eating meat that never breaks down naturally. Maybe don’t eat at McDonald’s actually

With how progressively thinner the meat patties are in McDonald’s, this seems like a natural progression

So the worlds 6th largest exporter of beef has a burger with no meat at all on it named after it. Make it make sense McD’s

Weird. I would have expected a “New Zealand” burger to have lamb, or kiwi’s or tasty little hobbitses but just salad?

You don’t make friends with salad

One of the coolest things about traveling the world is trying out the different cultures version of our fast food chains.
Side note: New Zealand is the most beautiful place on earth, highly recommend. Go for the salad burger, stay for the mountains. 🫠😂

Reminds me of my first (and only, and last) experience at In-N-Out Burger in LV when my ex-gf ordered a vegetarian burger and all she got was a bun with a slice of tomato and some very sad lettuce inside.

Ambitious_Bit_9389
When I was a kid we had a garden and always grew lots of tomatoes. I used to have tomatoes sandwiches all the time (bread, mayo, tomatoes, pepper). It’s like tomato sandwich with even more calories added.

Wait what does that have to do with New Zealand

New Zealand does actually have its own kind of burger. Usually beef, egg, beetroot, lettuce and tomato, so far from this lol.
