We start the day inside a traditional Italian bakery, where local bakers have been preparing bread and pastries since 1982. This is where locals come daily for fresh bread or breakfast. I get to witness the full process and try their baker’s pizza along with a selection of freshly made pastries straight from the oven.

For lunch, we head to a seafood-focused restaurant known for fresh fish and authentic flavors. Here I try one of the best octopus salads I’ve ever had, along with a perfectly grilled tuna steak — simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
*Coneria Italiana*
Next stop is a local gelateria where they handcraft their own cones and serve amazing Italian gelato. From pistachio and hazelnut to fruity flavors, this place is a must-visit for dessert lovers.
*Pizzeria Cucina Tipica Pasta Pub 1934*
To finish the day, we visit a unique spot combining pizza, pasta, local dishes and a lively atmosphere with music. They are true masters of pasta making, serving some amazing Calabrian specialties to end this 24-hour food journey.
