3 G’s BBQ and Catering has moved to The Food Zone-Grand Texas food park in New Caney, co-owner Gerald Martin said via an April 30 message. Gerald Martin owns the business with his wife, Jennifer Martin.
3 G’s serves barbecued meats—such as brisket, pulled pork, sausage and chicken—as well as sandwiches, baked potatoes and sides, according to the business’s social media page.
The Martins opened 3 G’s BBQ in June in a food trailer, and operated from a food truck park in Porter in late 2025. Now, the restaurant operates from a converted shipping container at The Food Zone.
