Hi guys sorry for all the posts. Trying to get my meal prep canning ahead before food prices soar.
It's not corn season right now. I presume I can substitute frozen corn, but does anyone know a trusted measurement for how much frozen corn I would need per ear of corn?
Thanks!

I don’t have my book on me at the moment but if you have the ball complete book as well there’s a section of whole produce to various measurements at the back! I haven’t looked for corn specifically in there but I would check there first.
Just out of curiosity, I see that olive oil is an ingredient. Does this mean that canning this recipe won’t be shelf stable if there’s oil in it?
Edit. Sorry, this is assuming you were canning with a bath versus a pressure cooker.
