Ingredients (rough measurements per serving):
1/2 chicken breast, sliced horizontally into cutlets (roughly 1/2lb, 225g)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
7-14g butter (1/2-1 tbsp)
2 tbsp shallot or onion
60g sliced mushroom (2oz) (bella, cremini, button, shiitake, white)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
60-120ml Marsala Wine (1/4-1/2 cup)
60-120ml chicken stock
Optional leaves from few sprigs of thyme
30ml heavy cream (2 tbsp)
75-85g boiled pasta (2.5-3oz)

Garnish with chopped italian parsley and parmigiano reggiano
