Nespresso machine leaking non stop?

Heya!

I’ve had my machine for about three months now and this morning it started leaking severely.
The tray which holds used Nespresso pods was overflowing with old coffee- which I did not realize.
I thought after cleaning it out it would stop leaking but after running another coffee through the machine, it is continuing to leak. I think some of the old coffee is lingering in the bottom (hence the leaking from the stands) but it seems to continue to leak out the back of the machine. I ordered the cleaning solution- but could it be something more serious?
