*Blaze Pizza is adding a more upscale twist to its fast-casual lineup with the launch of its new Italian Escape menu, a limited-time collaboration with Volpi Foods. Available from May 6 through June 23 at participating locations across North America, the menu introduces handcrafted prosciutto-focused offerings designed to bring premium Italian-inspired flavors to customers at a lower price point.
The seasonal lineup centers on Volpi’s traditionally slow-cured prosciutto, which is featured across several new menu items. Among the additions is a Prosciutto Pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, balsamic caramelized onions, and fig glaze. Blaze is also introducing a smaller Prosciutto Pizzetta, combining scratch-made dough with premium ingredients in a compact option priced around $7.
According to the company, the goal of the collaboration is to blend artisanal ingredients with Blaze’s quick-service format, creating what it describes as a restaurant-quality pizza experience for roughly $12 or less. Customers will also have the option to add prosciutto to other menu items, including build-your-own pizzas and salads.

“At Blaze, we’ve always believed that high-quality, craveable food should be accessible,” said Casey Terrell, Chief Marketing Officer at Blaze Pizza. “With Italian Escape, we’re taking that to the next level, bringing artisanal prosciutto into our fast-casual format in a way that delivers incredible flavor and value for our guests.”
Additional menu items include a Strawberry Prosciutto Salad and a Classic Tiramisu cup, expanding the promotion beyond pizza into a full Italian-inspired meal experience.
“At Volpi Foods, we’ve spent four generations focused on craftsmanship and quality, but we’re always thinking about how to bring that to more people in ways that feel relevant today,” said Deanna Depke, Director of Sales and Marketing at Volpi Foods. “Blaze Pizza is a natural partner, allowing us to introduce our prosciutto in a format that is approachable, convenient and incredibly craveable.”
Founded in 2011, Blaze Pizza operates more than 250 locations across the United States and internationally. Volpi Foods, based in St. Louis, has produced artisanal charcuterie products since 1902.
