Added some red bell pepper and shallots. So simple but so tasty.

    My dad babysat me less than a handful of times in my life, he didn’t know how to cook anything except somehow he made magical kimchi fried rice.

    Kimchee jigae is just as easy to make and you can interchange with whatever protein you like.
