Hi all, I’m a vegetarian in Canada and noticed that HF changed from Beyond Meat to Impossible brand, which I was pleased to see as I prefer it. I ordered 2 meals with them in it, and both packages have the same date stamped on the side: Sept 17, 2025. Kinda off putting lol.

Did anyone else get anything like this? I’ve personally never actually bought Impossible patties (only got them via fast food and the like), but everything I read online seems to indicate that this is pretty odd. Should I be worried, or were they maybe just frozen for a long time and should still be good? TIA

I’ve had it happen with soup and was told they were stored frozen.
I dunno, but I definitely never ordered that item again.

An expiration date for fake beyond/impossible meat is the least of your worries

They’re packed frozen so as long as they were frozen by that date it’s fine.

Talk about the word – Impossible —> hard pass for me.

These are a production date not a best before date
