It takes a lot for a snack to get my attention—and even more to end up in my cart again and again. Each year, I try hundreds, if not thousands of new groceries, and at a certain point, all the swicy, pickled, protein-powered products start to blend together. But then, every once in a while, you get a standout snack that grabs your attention—and your taste buds—practically writing itself onto your grocery list in aeternum. The latest potato chips landing on shelves did just that, and I bet you’ll find a new favorite snack in one of the four flavors.
Graza Launches New Olive Oil Potato Chips
You may know Graza as the brand that launched olive oil in iconic green squeeze bottles, getting the entire internet talking and shaking up a legacy grocery category in the process. And now, the brand is ready to shake up another: the snack aisle.
Graza is relaunching its olive oil potato chips in four flavors, including a first-of-its-kind chip that I could not put down. All of the chips are made with specially sourced yellow skin, yellow flesh potatoes fried in 100 percent extra-virgin olive oil. The flavors include:
Classic Sea Salt: The classic potato chip, but with an olive oil-forward flavor and flaky sea salt.
Sea Salt & Vinegar: Made with real red wine vinegar for a more pronounced tang.
Hot ‘N Sweet: Balanced sweet heat thanks to Graza’s signature datil chile spice blend.

This isn’t the first time Graza has dabbled in chips. In 2024, the brand launched olive oil potato chips as a limited release, and they sold out three times before returning to Graza’s website again in 2025.
I’ll be honest, I tried Graza’s chips when they first launched two years ago and found them extremely oily and under-seasoned. But these are a different story entirely.
All four chips are thin, airy, and satisfyingly light. They do indeed melt in your mouth, but do so without leaving it coated in oil—and your fingers aren’t left with an oily residue either. As far as the flavors go, each one is more delicious than the last. The Salt & Vinegar is punchy without leaving your mouth destroyed, and the Hot ‘n Sweet variety packs a tingly heat that keeps you coming back for more.
But the Zesty Caesar chips are the star of this launch. Almost like a grown-up Sour Cream & Onion, they are umami-rich with a nuanced salty-yet-creamy coating. My boyfriend described them as “ranch-adjacent,” and together we polished off a bag in two days. I’m not even a potato chip lover (outside of my beloved All Dressed), but these have shot up to the top of my must-have list for summer picnics and beach days. Lay’s, count your days.
Graza’s chips are now launching nationwide and will be a permanent offering. The chips are available exclusively at Target, with more retailers to come down the line.
