Looks good. It’s crazy to me that some people are terrified of a medium rare steak. If you post a pic of a rare steak in r/steak people freak out. I thought that would be one place that would get it. I had to mute that sub.

It’s a good lesson–when making beef it’s a good idea to ask everyone how they like it cooked. Then try your best to at least have a little for everyone. People’s opinions on beef vary wildly and are very strong.
