I’m considering ordering from this place but idk what the cals are like. the top one is ragu bottom is carbonara. I know they’re usually high in cals but the portion doesn’t look super big and the medium size looks even less. second slide is a reference photo, third is the medium size. Can someone give me an estimate for either one? Sorry I don’t have more info ab it 🥲
btw I’m deciding between the carbonara and ragu but if the calories aren’t hugely different I don’t really mind which one I get.

Carbonara will be much higher. I’d guess around 800 or so compared to probably closer to 500 for the ragu.
must be 200grams of pasta per container. id say 450 ragu, 600 alfredo/”carbonara”
