She’s a beaut! I fed my starter around noon and by 6pm it had risen x3.

I used 325g water, 100g starter, 500g KA bread flour, 10g salt. Did stretch and folds until around 8pm. Wrapped it and left it On my counter overnight. Woke up at 5:30 and shaped it before going to work. Left it in the fridge all day until 8:30pm, baked at 450 for 30 minutes and 425 for around 25 minutes.
