    im not an expert but i’ve made them a couple times and to me they look a tad under mixed! typically the batter melts into itself to form a flat surface. you can still kind of see the ridges and indents from your piping. BUT these look great for a first attempt compared to my first attempt haha. good luck on your next batch! 🙂

    Undermixed and overbaked.

    Macarons are all about technique. It takes practice to get a good result. Don’t be discouraged keep trying.

  3. Which method did u use? This look like Oily almond flour, over mixed and too much heat.
