Garibaldi, the rooftop coastal‑Mediterranean restaurant at the InterContinental San Diego, spotlights the warm and coastal flavors of Turkey for the fifth installment of its monthly Mediterranean dinner series from May 15–17. Executive Chef Franck Tasic presents a curated menu featuring a Paşaeli Sidalan Pet Nat welcome toast, regional starters, entrées such as handmade Manti, Kofte Kebab, or San Diego–caught Grilled Swordfish, and a Pistachio Dondurma dessert. The Turkish Dinner is $65 per person, with an optional $35 wine pairing, and is offered alongside the full dinner menu. Reservations available via OpenTable.
