

Jagermeister BBQ Marinade (for ~1 kg / 2 lbs of meat)
-50 ml Jagermeister
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 tsp honey (optional)
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix everything. Marinate meat for 2–6 hours. Let excess drip off before grilling – the sugar can burn over open flame.
Works great for pork and beef. Gives a sweet, spiced caramel crust with a deep herbal kick.
