This is way to handsy for me. I love charcuterie boards, but this setup for a large crowd and having to slice my own cheese just screams “random dirty hands have touched everything!”

Yeah I would expect at least some of the cheeses to be cut and also, those soft cream cheeses in their own plastic containers? That’s not a way I would serve anyone I care about on a regular day let alone a wedding, sorry.

I attended a wedding like this that was on a budget. But the cheese was cubed. Only soft drinks, beer and wine were served. It was held in a park district room. Later there was a band and Irish dancing.
