Attention, shoppers: Graza has just entered the snack section. You probably know the brand best for shaking up the olive oil game with those trendy squeeze bottles that took over kitchens on social media before they even hit store shelves. They were such a hit that legacy brands took note and later launched their own versions.
Now, Graza is bringing that same disruptor energy to your snack drawer with the launch of not one, but four potato chip flavors.

Graza Launches 4 New Homestyle Potato Chip Flavors
This isn’t Graza’s first dip into potato chips. The company first debuted EVOO potato chips in February 2024. Shoppers literally couldn’t get enough; the limited drop sold out multiple times on the website and earned rave reviews, with some calling them “the world’s best” potato chips.
Building on that success, the brand released four new flavors: Classic Sea Salt, Sea Salt & Vinegar, Zesty Caesar, and Hot ‘n Sweet. As of May 13, all are available exclusively at Target and retail for $5.49 per (5.5-ounce) bag.
We were sent a box with all four flavors ahead of the launch so we could get a sneak taste (work perks!). Earlier this week we cracked open each bag, and started sampling. It wasn’t long before coworkers crowded around the kitchen table to get a taste for themselves — and share their honest reviews.

1. Classic Sea Salt
One thing we noticed across all flavors is that these chips are generously sized and on the thinner side, but sturdy with a delicate crunch. The classic sea salt is, well, “pretty classic,” said Rachelle, our principal product manager.

It had the most prominent olive oil flavor and, yet, it was still subtle enough to not overpower the potato. It’s a solid base chip — especially if you like your spuds lightly salted (although some people wanted a little more salt). It was also the favorite of Mara, our director of groceries and shopping.

2. Sea Salt & Vinegar
Several people called this flavor the “best one,” including Eric, our chief product officer. One bite, and you’ll totally get why. The chips are amply dusted in a red wine vinegar powder that gives them “a really nice zip,” said Alex, our staff photographer. (It also added a nice pink hue.)
What it didn’t have was also a huge plus. Both Alex and Chanel, our director of product design and UX, appreciated the restraint compared to other vinegar chips, which can have a too-punchy smell or too-acidic burn. These, however, were “perfect.”

3. Zesty Caesar
Like Sea Salt & Vinegar, every single centimeter of these chips is covered with seasoning. The result is a serious layer of flavor (think: punchy garlic, tangy buttermilk, and a hit of lemon). A few tasters described it as “ranch-adjacent,” but Alex F., our assistant editor, argued that it absolutely “nails the Caesar flavor.”
Lizzy, senior lifestyle editor at Apartment Therapy (our sister brand), summed it up best: It’s just a great snack to have on hand when you’ve got the munchies.

4. Hot ‘n Sweet
This one definitely split the room. The heat comes from datil peppers, which are similar to habaneros and significantly hotter and sweeter than jalapeños. Our team’s reactions were all over the map, ranging from “not that bad” to “I literally can’t finish this.” (So proceed with caution.)
While the sweet part of the name was a little hard to taste, that was actually more appealing for some. Alex, for instance, preferred these over classic BBQ chips because they aren’t nearly as sugary.
