I’ve never tried it but here is a recipe for 3 bean salad (one less bean I guess) from the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving! I believe the sugar is safe to reduce if you don’t want it too sweet

I make this recipe and I multi by 6 to maybe get it to last the winter.
