First run with my traeger. Not my best work, but turned out very tasty. Chuck Roast – “brisket style”

I was rushed at the end and didn’t have butcher paper to wrap and let it sit, so I let is sit in foil.

A little dry, but it tasted really good.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I did a chuck roast this weekend and it was rubber. I don’t think my Meater+ was giving me accurate temps at all. Completely inedible.

Good first cook for you, though!
