Le Beaulieu at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi will host a series of Michelin-led culinary events at its signature French restaurant, Le Beaulieu, as part of its dining calendar this month.
The luxury hotel will present exclusive guest chef collaborations and a themed brunch experience featuring Michelin-starred culinary talent from Japan and France.

On May 29 and 30, Le Beaulieu’s Rendez-vous dining series will welcome Hiroyuki Matsumoto from Restaurant Prunier in Tokyo.
Chef Matsumoto will collaborate with Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele for a four-hands dinner combining French culinary traditions with Japanese techniques and seasonal ingredients.
The dinner will be served from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pricing is set at VND 4,900,000++ per person, or VND 7,400,000++ with wine pairing.
Chef Louis GachetMichelin Brunch with Chef Louis Gachet
On May 31, Le Beaulieu will host a Provençal edition of its Sunday Brunch featuring Louis Gachet from Michelin-starred Le Feuillée in Provence.
The brunch will include Provençal-inspired dishes alongside French classics, seafood, artisanal cold cuts, and cheeses, accompanied by live jazz.
The experience will be available from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pricing starts at VND 3,500,000++ per person, with upgraded packages including free-flow wine and Champagne.
Children under six dine complimentary, while guests aged six to eleven receive discounted pricing.

Le Beaulieu, established in 1901, continues to serve as one of Hanoi’s long-standing fine dining institutions. The collaboration also reflects a heritage connection with Restaurant Prunier, which was established in 1934.
