Kim Kardashian is opening up about the extensive wellness routine she follows to stay healthy.
During the Tuesday, May 19, episode of Amy Poehler‘s Good Hang podcast, the Skims founder, 45, revealed that her regimen is so intensive, she admits she sometimes gets tired of it herself.
“I take probably 35 supplements a day. I spread them out three times a day,” she shared, adding, “I have pill fatigue.”
The reality star admitted fish oil supplements are particularly difficult for her to keep up with because the pills are “so big,” explaining that she briefly stopped taking them before bloodwork revealed a noticeable difference in her health.
“I had to start again,” she said.

Kardashian also revealed that she and her famous family regularly undergo mobile DEXA scans to monitor their bone density and overall health.
“We all live in the same gated community,” the Kardashians star explained of sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and mom Kris Jenner. “So we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van.”
The wellness-minded mom of four has become increasingly proactive about her health in recent years after revealing during an October appearance of Good Morning America that doctors discovered a brain aneurysm during a Prenuvo body scan.
“Health is wealth,” Kardashian said on GMA. “You just have to be careful with everything that you do.”
