   Made a rosemary and garlic butter and evoo sauce. Some citrus. Poured through a sieve and immulsified with a hand blender. Salt.
   The fried garlic and Rosemary garnish the top

   Looks good. My chef would hate the woody bits. Did you use a ramekin for the pasta mold?
