Is that parchment paper over a steel tray? Definitely fits here.

Those are ribs.
In the UK maybe a bit uncommon but it looks like they’re trying to go for the Texas BBQ tray look.
A tray has a lip which is great the parchment keeps it relatively clean for dishwashers in the back and you’ve got a ramekin for the slaw and a bowl for the mash.
I’d say it’s all better than a plate for this meal.
