

I've made a few batches over the past few weeks, and they keep ending up like this. Last time I rested them for at least an hour, and this time I did less because people said overesting can cause this. First I tried preppy kitchen recipe, which I've had luck with, then the Lauderee recipe. Did I not mix them enough?
