I realize I describe food as beautiful, but this really is a sight for sore eyes.
A perfect combination of meaty and silky to give this a fantastic texture. What helps also is this just marinating in a fantastic almost buttery olive oil.
I can't say enough good things about this tin.
Price point.. sure it's a lot and I recognize that but this tin is built different. So a splurge tin for sure.

love the green chili hit from the jalapeno.
