  1. Cajun Honey Maple Ribs
    This isn’t your 3-2-1 method ribs. These are the easiest, straight 💰 ribs you can make in almost half the time.     Ingredients:
    • Rack of spareribs
    • @bearandburtons Everyday Hot Sauce
    • My Cajun Honey Rub or my Spicy Garlicky for🔥
    • Butter
    • @melindasfoods Hot Honey
    • @whistlepigwhiskey Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup

    Instructions:
    1. Trim and score the membrane of your spareribs.
    2. Hot sauce as a binder then season.
    3. Using Applewood and @jealousdevilcharcoal briquettes, set your smoker to 250F.
    4. Place your ribs into the smoker and smoke for 2 1/2 – 3hrs.
    5. Wrap in aluminum foil ( oh no! 😱 not foil) with butter, hot honey, maple syrup and more seasoning.
    6. Place back into the smoker or oven set to 300F for 1 hour.
    7. When done and internal temp is around 195-200F remove and let it rest for 30min before slicing.
