Yeah, it's not a tinned fish, but it's very good. I figured I should bring more awareness to this for the misfits on this subreddit. I bought some on a whim and I was impressed with the absolute flavor bomb of these salmon skins. Makes for an excellent snack with a bit of a kick and would probably be incredible as a garnish on some ramen.

So good! Huge flavor, crispy texture that lasts, and it’s spicy enough that I only use it as a garnish and I’m not tempted to just snack on it straight (your mileage may vary depending on your spice preferences). Recommended for all.

Question, is the flavor ” spicy salted egg” or is the egg part meaning something else, seems like such an odd flavor for fish skin lol

I’ve seen them around and wanted to try but could never justify the 15 dollar price tag
