Think id make the hot zone a little bit smaller next time to make it a bit hotter and get a better crust, but was very happy with the results.

Please ignore the plates.

  1. Wish I was there. I love a Weber grilling up some meat

Awesome job! Burgers and brats are always a winner. Chicken thighs and drums are a nice next step in the learning curve. Always put your coals to one side of the grill, as 2 zone cooking makes it simple to settle down any flare ups, and you can also cook low and slow that way. Congrats on the first cook and the grill!!!!

Looks more like grilling than BBQ 😜, but looks great. 🤣

The Weber is still my go to. Everything comes out delicious and juicy.

    Enjoy.

Welcome to the club, I’ve just smashed down a chicken , potatoes and good old cob. Rotisserie chicken, simple lemon, salt and pepper (Every 30 minute), new potatoes with salt, pepper and mint, wrapped in foil with olive oil, cob is wrapped in foil too with butter, salt, pepper and chilli) – absolutely banging

Easy to forget that dogs and burgers get such a massive boost on charcoal

You’ll never use gas again. If you want more flavor use lump charcoal. I use b and b oak. Welcome brother

First time grilling. I do not see evidence of bbq’ing.
