  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 150g bacon or pancetta
  • 150g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning

Toppings

  • Extra parmesan
  • Chopped parsley or chives
