Pretty simple 3/4 hours pizza. Since i didn't proof it for a long time I added a bit more type 2 flour to give it flavour.

    Looks awesome, crust color is on point. How much type 2 did you end up adding and did it change the texture at all or just the flavor? Always on the lookout for a same day dough that doesn’t taste “same day” 😂

    My siblings would disagree with the pizza nobody asked for. They would’ve demolished that thing.

    When I was visiting Germany, I had some great rectangular pizza. For some reason I still haven’t tried anything but round. You have reminded me to try that.
