So, I used to work as the assistant cookie icer at a bakery where I basically just did the flooding and base coats for cookies someone else designed and finished.
This week, my mom opened her very own cafe in Connecticut, where I’m doing the cookies from start to finish, including choosing what they look like! I won’t claim to be an expert, but I think they look okay!
