





Did a 10 pound bone in pork butt. Used the Traeger pork and poultry rub smoked at 275 until it hit 165 then wrapped with more rub and butter put back on until 202 temp. Used Traeger’s recipe for the coleslaw all come out great. First time smoking pork butt.
