If there is one thing we will never say no to, it’s more Italian restaurants.

When Artusi opened in Snyder, its lunch menu serving the iconic “piega” quickly gained the attention of Northtowners and those searching for authentic Italian eats. Now, with their new trattoria menu officially here, there are even more reasons to plan a visit even after the lunch hour dies down.

Yep that’s right, as of May 15th, Artusi has officially released their new dinner menu and let’s just say…it’s a must-try.

Starting Off Right

The menu opens with dishes that feel equal parts comforting and elevated. Start simple with warm marinated olives featuring fennel and citrus, or dive into the Manchego plate with membrillo, prosciutto, Marcona almonds, and grilled flatbread for dipping.

The grilled asparagus salad brings together French feta, hazelnuts, and lemon caper dressing, while the Piega Bread with whipped sheep’s milk ricotta, honey, and Maldon salt feels like something you’ll immediately want to order again.

Then there’s the charred spicy broccolini Caesar topped with lemon breadcrumbs, plus a white clam pizzetta loaded with Calabrian chile flake, parmesan cream, provolo, and oregano.

Enter the Entrées!

Choose your pasta of choice: rigatoni, casarecce, lumache, or maltagliati. The rigatoni is simple yet effective, served with a pomodoro sauce and topped with grana padano cheese. Then there’s the casarecce which packs a bit more flavor with a braised short rib ragout and reggiano cheese. Then for the seafood lovers, there’s the lumache served with langoustine, calabrian chili peppers, and a vodka sauce. Last but certainly not least, is the maltagliati, topped with a bolognese sauce and escarole, this dish keeps things deeply classic and comforting.

And while we’re all about the pasta, the roasted Wendel’s chicken is also a top option for your main meal. Served with salsa verde, crispy fingerlings, and arugula salad, just one look at this dish will have your mouth watering.
