4 cups chicken bone broth
2 cans cannellini beans
12 oz shredded chicken breast
½ cup Parmesan
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges

Directions

Cook mirepoix until softened.

Add garlic, tomato paste, and seasonings.

Add broth, beans, and bay leaf. Simmer.

Blend part of the soup.

Add chicken and Parmesan.
